If you do not recoup your initial investment in your Start Up Kit within one (1) month of receiving your kit, you can return all unsold jewelry purchased as part of your Start Up Kit for a refund.  All jewelry, display accessories and unused packaging must be returned to DD Global Ltd in perfect condition within two (2) months of the date of initial shipment. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will refund the costs of the returned jewelry less any fees that we may incur (including but not limited to customs charges and other duties).  We cannot refund any shipping cost incurred by the Consultant.  The Consultant must contact us before returning jewelry product to discuss shipping methods.  If you decide to purchase more stock over the minimum investment of the Start Up Kit, this jewelry is not covered by our “Guarantee of Success” and cannot be returned for refund.
